2025 Inner Revolution 300hr Terms & Conditions

Due to the substantial preparation, planning, and coordination required for our intensive trainings—including pre-booking and paying for venues, instructors, and other logistics—we maintain a firm cancellation policy.

We understand that life can present unforeseen circumstances. If, due to a unique or serious situation or emergency, a student needs to withdraw from the live in-person portion of the training in the Byron Bay Shire after tuition has been paid, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work towards an appropriate resolution. In most cases, the student may be granted access to the online version of the training to complete the 300-hour course at their own pace. However, changes of mind or lack of planning are not valid reasons for cancellation or a full refund. While we strive to be understanding and accommodating, we also ask that students make informed decisions and take responsibility for their commitments.

By registering for this training, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

•  Early Access Pricing: To qualify for early access pricing, full payment must be made before the specific sale end date. Deposits cannot be used to hold early pricing, and payments made after the expiry of the early bird period will not be eligible for the discount. No refunds are given for early access rates, but funds may be transferable to another training in certain cases.
•  Non-Refundable Deposit: All registrations include a $500 USD non-refundable deposit, which secures your place in the in-person component of the 300-hour training. This deposit is part of the total tuition price.
•  Full Payment Deadline: Regardless of your chosen payment plan or early pricing, all course fees must be paid in full 60 days prior to the start of the live in-person portion of the training.
•  In-Person Training Disruption: If COVID-19 or any other restrictions prevent the in-person component of the training from taking place at the Byron Bay Shire location, we will offer a live-stream option to ensure you can complete the 300-hour training as planned.
•  Withdrawal from In-Person Component: If you need to withdraw from the live in-person component of the training, you will be offered access to the live-streamed sessions. If you are unable to attend the live-streamed sessions, you will be given access to the pre-recorded online versions of the modules. Refunds will not be issued unless the following conditions apply:
•  Complete Withdrawal from the Last 3 Modules: If you must withdraw completely from the live in-person portion (the final 3 modules) of the training, you must email us explaining your situation. A refund will only be issued for the prorated value of the last 3 modules (excluding the first 4 online modules), calculated as follows:
•  75% refund if requested 90 days or more before the training start date (minus the $500 non-refundable deposit)
•  50% refund if requested 89-60 days before the training start date (minus the $500 non-refundable deposit)
•  20% refund if requested 59-1 day before the training start date (minus the $500 non-refundable deposit)

•  Personal Conduct: In any group setting, disruptions and conflicts can arise. We ask that all students show respect towards the teachers and fellow participants at all times. If a student’s behaviour is disruptive to the group or the teacher, they will be asked to leave the training and will not be eligible for a refund. Please avoid sharing political opinions or engaging in off-topic discussions that may distract from the learning experience of others. We aim to create a focused and respectful environment for everyone.
